Several years ago, I purchased a "high-end" AR only to spend twice the money to get it to how I thought it should be coming out of the box. That was the catalyst for starting Wiley Arms in 2015. Today we manufacture our upper / lower receivers along with many of the enhanced parts used in our rifles. Along the way, we have met several great people and are honored to manufacture their AR parts. We don't try to be the cheapest; we strive to manufacture the highest quality AR parts available with extreme attention to detail in their fit, form, and function.

Wiley Arms believes there is no substitute for quality and precision by having the ability to manufacture and 100% QC inspect our own parts.
Our rifles and components are produced and built in the great state of Texas, USA, in a 17,000 square foot facility. We design and engineer using Mastercam for SolidWorks, which enables our machinists to cut parts efficiently and accurately. On-site equipment includes: Horizontal Machine Centers, CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and 4-Axis Rotaries. We manufacture in aluminum, steel and titanium. Our final stages of production include 100% QC inspection utilizing Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure our products are within our tight tolerances. In addition, our rifles and components are “real world” tested by local industry experts, shooters, ranchers and hunters.
